We are not typical IT people who hide behind jargon. We are local, genuinely good at IT, and built around one simple idea: technology should make your business easier, not harder.
Our story
Birchall Reality is led by Isaac Birchall, who has spent more than 20 years working in technology. Over that time he has looked after all sorts of organisations, from schools and solicitors to international e-commerce companies and gyms, businesses large and small, each with their own way of working.
Based in Ruthin, Denbighshire, we have supported over 70 local businesses, and we have built our reputation on one principle: clear communication. It is our job to handle the technical side, and just as important to make sure you feel informed. So we avoid the technobabble and explain things in a way that makes sense.
Behind that plain-speaking approach is broad, hands-on experience: advanced wired and WiFi network design, software, Windows and Linux server environments, Apple and Windows setups, and the project planning to bring it all together. Whatever your IT throws up, the odds are we have seen it before.
We also handle the practical things most businesses would rather not think about. We source, supply and configure your hardware, from laptops and servers to printers, WiFi and network kit, at fair, transparent cost, so you have one local team looking after the lot.
We focus on business and commercial support. We stopped offering home and residential repairs in 2024 so we can give business clients the responsive, proactive service they deserve.
