Microsoft 365 and cloud support for North Wales businesses
Microsoft 365, business email, secure remote working and cloud backup, set up and looked after properly, so your business is flexible, resilient and free of the ageing server in the cupboard.
The cloud should make your business simpler, not more confusing. Done right, Microsoft 365 gives your team email, files, Teams and the apps they know, available securely from anywhere, on any device, with far less to go wrong than an old server humming away in a back room.
We handle the setup, the migration and the ongoing care, and we make sure the security and backups that should come with it actually do. No half-finished projects, no surprises.
Most of our clients run Microsoft 365, but if your business is on Google Workspace we look after that just the same, and we are happy to advise on which fits you best.
What we look after
Microsoft 365 setup
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive configured cleanly, with sensible defaults and the right licences for what you actually need.
Business email
Professional email on your own domain, set up with the authentication that protects your reputation and keeps you out of junk folders.
Secure remote working
Access your files and apps safely from home or on the road, with multi-factor authentication and device security built in.
Cloud migration
Moving from an old on-site server to the cloud, planned carefully so nothing is lost and your team keeps working throughout.
Cloud backup
A separate, regular backup of your Microsoft 365 data, so deletion, mistakes and ransomware are recoverable, not permanent.
Licences & tidy-up
We make sure you are on the right plans and not paying for licences you do not use, a quick, common saving.
Email that protects your business
Email on your own domain is not just more professional than a free address, it is safer and easier to control. We set it up with the right authentication so your messages reach inboxes, not junk folders, and so criminals find it harder to impersonate you. There is more on why this matters in our blog on why your business needs its own domain name for email.
Microsoft 365 and the cloud sit at the heart of our managed IT support, and they go hand in hand with good cyber security. Not sure what you are running or whether it is set up safely? A free IT review is the easiest place to start.
Common questions
Is moving to the cloud disruptive?
Done well, your team should barely notice. We plan migrations carefully, often moving data overnight or in stages, and we make sure email, files and logins keep working throughout. The aim is a smooth switch, not a lost day.
Does Microsoft 365 back itself up?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering data you deleted, or that ransomware encrypted, is your responsibility. We add a separate backup of your mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint so your cloud data is genuinely safe.
Can our team work securely from home?
Yes, and we set it up properly: the right access controls, multi-factor authentication and device security, so remote and hybrid working is convenient without leaving your business data exposed.
We have an old server in the cupboard. Should we keep it?
It depends, but ageing on-site servers are a common single point of failure and a security risk as they fall out of support. For many businesses, moving to Microsoft 365 and the cloud is cheaper, safer and far more flexible. We will give you an honest recommendation either way.
