No mystery "we will have a look and let you know" invoices. If a piece of work falls outside day-to-day support, a cloud move or a new office fit-out, say, we quote it clearly in advance.

Do you support our software, or just the computers?

Both. We look after your devices, network, email and Microsoft 365, and we are the people who liaise with your software vendors when something needs updating, hosting or troubleshooting. You get one number to call and one team that knows your setup.

How does the per-device price work?

You pay a simple, fixed amount per device, per month, covering proactive maintenance, security and unlimited helpdesk support for that machine. Microsoft 365 licences and add-ons like mail filtering and backup are quoted separately, so your core IT cost is predictable and scales cleanly as you add devices.
