Most IT companies hide their prices. We do not. Here is honestly how our pricing works, and exactly what your per-device support price includes, so you can budget with confidence.

Priced separately, on top

The things that vary by business, always quoted clearly and up front.

  • Microsoft 365 licences: buy them through us or direct, either way we set them up and manage them
  • Hardware: PCs, laptops, servers, switches, routers, WiFi, firewalls, printers, CCTV and recorders, at transparent cost (or bring your own, either way we support it)
  • Email / mail filtering: advanced spam and phishing protection, priced per mailbox
  • Backup: Microsoft 365 and on-site backup, sized to what you hold (see the note below)
  • One-off projects like cloud migrations, office moves or new network installs

On backup. We strongly recommend it, but it is an add-on so you only pay for what you protect. Whether it is your Microsoft 365 data or an on-site server or database, it is priced simply: a per-machine backup licence plus secure cloud storage, sized to exactly what you hold and quoted up front.

No hidden fees, no jargon

We will always tell you what something costs before we do it. If a recommendation will not earn its keep for your business, we will say so. Pricing questions

Is there a minimum term?

Managed support starts with an initial 12-month term, so we can get everything set up and running well. After that it simply continues on a rolling basis, which you can cancel any time with 90 days' notice. No long lock-ins, no awkward exit clauses.

Why per device, per month?

It is the fairest and most predictable model for support. You pay for the machines we actually look after, PCs, laptops and servers, your cost scales cleanly as you add or retire devices, and there are no surprise bills. It is a number you can budget around.

What counts as a 'device'?

Generally each computer we manage and support: desktops, laptops and servers. Networking and infrastructure kit, plus Microsoft 365 licences and add-on services, are quoted separately. We confirm the exact list with you so it is fully transparent.

Do you have a minimum, or a discount for more devices?

The headline per-device price suits a typical small business, and for larger fleets we are happy to discuss a rate that reflects the scale. Tell us roughly how many devices you have when you get in touch and we will put together pricing that fits.

Can you manage our Microsoft 365 licences?

Yes. You can buy your Microsoft 365 licences through us and keep everything on one bill, or carry on buying them direct from Microsoft if you prefer. Either way we set them up and manage them. Licences are charged separately from the support fee.

Is our Microsoft 365 data backed up?

Only if you add backup, and we strongly recommend it. It is a common myth that Microsoft fully backs up your 365 data, they do not, not to the standard a business needs. We offer a separate, regular cloud backup of your mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint as a simple add-on, priced to what you hold.

What about our server, or data that is not in Microsoft 365?

We back that up too, as an add-on. It is priced simply: a per-machine backup licence plus secure cloud storage, sized to exactly what you hold and quoted up front, no guesswork.

What about one-off projects?

Anything outside day-to-day support, a cloud migration, a new server, an office move, is quoted clearly in advance, so you always know the cost before we start. No open-ended invoices.
